If your organisation is a community centre that has an I.T. suite, a community café and a childcare facility you would want to publicise these services to different groups of people, and the on-line community directory can accommodate this by assigning an index keyword, which uniquely describes each activity.  

Consider how many distinct activities you would like to promote and reproduce and resend the form as many times as you need to provide details of all activities/projects on offer from your organisation.
